The efforts made by the country at the political, institutional, legislative and regulatory levels have not prevented the degradation of biological resources from continuing. It is in the face of this situation that it was necessary to put in place an appropriate framework for the management of biological diversity, in particular a national strategy whose implementation will be through an action plan articulated around five programs .
